This album marks yet another direction for Current 93. The first track, a scathing yet affectionate indictment of Goth culture, features mainly vocals and emotion-wrenching piano. The second track is one long bit of droning with little variation throughout. "A Gothic Love Song" is also included on the album Soft Black Stars, albeit a slightly different version.
